Can this product be used anywhere?
It can be used not only for scalp massage but also for whole body massage. It can also be used as an electric brush when washing your whole body in the bath.
Can it be used on dry hair?
Yes, you can use it on dry hair or for a full body massage in a relaxing space such as your living room.
How much does this machine weigh?
The main body weighs approximately 210g.
What is the difference between Scalp mini 2 and Scalp mini?
The Scalp mini is the standard model, while the Scalp mini 2 is its updated version, boasting a more compact and easy-to-use design. The Scalp mini 2 has more protrusions on the brush, making the "pressing, kneading, and pinching" movements feel more powerful. If you're looking for a deeper relaxation experience, we recommend the Scalp mini 2.
Is this product completely waterproof?
The main unit is waterproof and can be used in the bathroom (waterproof performance: equivalent to IPX7).
*The USB cable is not waterproof. After using it in the bathroom, make sure to dry it thoroughly before charging.
Can anyone use it?
It can be used by many people regardless of gender, but please refrain from using it on infants, children, people with skin problems, or people who are in poor health. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
Is there a warranty system in case the product breaks?
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. If you experience any abnormalities during use, please contact our service center .
How do I charge this product?
You can also charge the product by attaching the charging cable directly to the product. Please refrain from using the product while charging.
Can I return or exchange an item if the image or size is different from what I expected?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will accept returns or exchanges.
Are there any stores where I can actually experience this product?
Currently, the product is mainly sold online, but there are plans to gradually expand it to variety shops and mass retailers.
Please tell me how to care for and store it.
If the brush becomes dirty after use, remove it, wash it with water, and dry it thoroughly. Before charging, wipe off any moisture from the device and dry it thoroughly in a well-ventilated area. When storing, avoid high temperatures and humidity and keep it out of direct sunlight (avoid storing it in the bathroom or car for long periods of time).
