Can I take the product on an airplane?
Yes, the breo is very portable. However, please note that airlines have different regulations regarding carry-on lithium battery products, so please check with your airline beforehand.
What are the features of breo products?
Our research and development is inspired by traditional Chinese massage, which emphasizes stimulating pressure points. We aim to relax the whole body using the latest technology, unique programs, and durable materials. And it's easy to start with just one switch. These three points have been particularly well received by our customers.
What makes it different from other companies' products?

What countries and regions can you deliver to?
This product is only available in Japan. Please note that we do not ship overseas.
Can it be used as a medical device for rehabilitation?
It is not a medical device. Breo is for relaxation.
Do you have any directly managed stores?
We are planning to open a directly managed store in Japan soon, but we also have five stores in Hong Kong, one in New Zealand, three in Malaysia, three in Thailand, 30 in South Korea, and over 100 stores in mainland China.
About delivery and payment
How long does shipping take?
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that there may be delays due to the effects of the coronavirus or natural disasters.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to check your order. You can also visit the shipping company's website to check the status of your order.
I entered the wrong shipping address when placing my order. Can I change it?
If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our service center directly ( service-jp@breo.com ). A representative will contact you as soon as we have confirmed the shipping preparation status.

Is there a product warranty?
All products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I return it?
If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will accept returns and exchanges.
We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address or cancel your order after the product has been shipped.
