Is it effective for headaches?
This product is not intended to relieve headaches and is not a medical device.
Can I use it with any shampoo?
If you use commercially available shampoo, there is no problem.
Please tell me how to care for and store it.
If the brush becomes dirty after use, remove it, rinse it with water, and dry it thoroughly. When storing, avoid high temperatures and humidity and keep it out of direct sunlight (avoid storing it in the bathroom or car for long periods of time). For details, please refer to the instruction manual.
Is this product completely waterproof?
The main unit is waterproof and can be used in the bathroom (waterproof performance: equivalent to IPX7).
*The USB cable is not waterproof. After using it in the bathroom, make sure to dry it thoroughly before charging.
Can it be used on areas other than the scalp?
Can also be used on legs, arms, shoulders and head.
Can it be used on dry hair?
Can also be used on dry hair and skin.
Can anyone use it?
This product is unisex and can be used by many people, but please refrain from using it on infants and children, or those with skin problems or poor physical condition. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
Is there a warranty in case the product breaks?
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. If you experience any problems during use, please contact our service center ( service-jp@breo.com ).
Can I return or exchange an item if the image or size is different from what I expected?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will accept returns or exchanges.
I have a similar product, but what makes it different from other products?

Currently, the product is mainly sold online, but there are plans to gradually expand it to variety shops and mass retailers.
I lost my brush, can I purchase just the brush?
Sorry, we do not sell the brush separately.
