1. Can I take my Breo Relax device on an airplane?
Yes, Breo products are extremely portable.
2. What are the benefits of the Breo Relax device?

Using the latest technology and durable materials and design, they relieve pain and fatigue and relax the entire body. (This is a recommended product for relaxing at home.)

5. Can the Breo Relax device be used as a rehabilitation medication?
This product is not a medical device. Breo products can only help relieve fatigue and achieve deep relaxation.
6. Does Breo have offline stores? What are the purchasing channels?
Yes, we have an offline store.
Breo has five branches in Hong Kong, one in New Zealand, three in Malaysia, three in Thailand, 30 in South Korea and over 100 in mainland China.
II. Extradition Issues
1. How long does it take to ship my order?
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will generally deliver your order within 3-5 working days .

2. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track it.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
You can also track your package and find your order history by clicking the Track Your Order icon at the end of the page or by logging into your breo.com account with your email address and password. Here, you can check and track your order status by simply clicking on your order number.
3. I entered the wrong shipping address when placing my order, what should I do?
If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact the Service Center (chat window) directly. Once we have confirmed the change, we will contact you again.
4. What payment methods are available when ordering Breo?
There are two types: PayPal, Credit Card, and Convenience Store Pay.

1.Does the product have a warranty?
Yes, our products have a one-year warranty.
2. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 natural days of receiving the product .
3. What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address or cancel your order after the product has been shipped.
4. What if the product is damaged?
Please check the packaging when you receive your item. If there is any damage, please write it down when you sign for it. If your item is damaged , please send a photo of the damage to our service center at service-jp@breo.com and we will deal with it immediately.
